Roasted Potatoes with Chops A wonderful lunch of potatoes and chops bathed in sauce. The potatoes are very delicious, and the tenderloins are soft. I usually always prepare both of them this way and everyone loves it! Follow recipe. Ingredients: simple, total time: 70 min. 2 serving 2 big chops 2 big potatoes/ boiled 20 minutes 1 Tbsp red ground pepper salt and pepper to taste 1 big onion / cut into thin ribs 1 Tbsp dry spice/ for meat and potatoes 6 Tbsp Olive oil EVO 120 ml
