Mushroom Sauce by Lena Here is one of my wonderful recipes if I make mushroom sauce. Fantastic tasty and full of vitamins, easy to prepare and quick to finish. Follow recipe. Ingredients: simple, total time: 40 min. 30' min 4 serving 1 large onion/ finely chopped 350 g of mushrooms of any kind/ cut into leaves 50 g butter salt and pepper to taste 1/2 teaspoon dry basil fresh parsley leaves to taste 2 cloves garlic/ finely chopped 250 ml of sour cream /or béchamel sauce some m
