Simple spring salad

Shop Salad Shop salad got its name from the Shops, who lived in the territory of western Bulgaria, southeastern Serbia and North Macedonia. Serbs call it Shopska salad. The salad consists of tomatoes, cucumbers, raw or roasted peppers, onions, parsley, salt, lemon juice or vinegar, oil and fatty salty cheese.
